The Icebox Derby
Chicago’s electricity company needed help boosting awareness of their fridge-recycling program. So we gave thirty teen girls recycled fridges and had them turn them into racecars. The 10-week journey was documented and shared on social, garnering attention from NBC, ABC and AdWeek. Since launching in 2014, the program continues to this day and encourages young women to explore opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math.
